Hello! My name is Chris.
I live and teach voice in the Seattle area and online. About 12 years ago, I was hired to coach for Seattle Men's & Women's Choruses, members of the LGBQTIA Gala Chorus network. This lead me to work with a number of our trans siblings. It has since become a major part of my studio. I've worked with everyone from degreed professional singers to folx just trying to find their voice.
In the studio, we work on figuring out the transition, and discovering your voice while developing a set of skills that will help you make your voice sound how YOU would like it to sound. There are no preconceived sounds!!
Below are some questions to help us get started. Some of them are very personal. Please skip any questions that make you feel uncomfortable, and please feel free to share as little, or as much you would like. All of your information will remain confidential. This is a SAFE space.
